Summer Performance
Workshop for Singers
What: An affordable five-day performance program for
students of SFBAC members.
Objective: to give singers the opportunity to perform 2
pieces multiple times, with ongoing feedback and coaching (note: pieces may
be songs, arias, or legit musical theater/American standard)
When: Summer 2011; exact times TBA, but roughly 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Where: San Francisco Bay Area
Who:
Students - 10 singers plus 5 alternates, all students
of SFBAC members: 3 high school, 3 collegiate, 4 other, depending on
applicants
Faculty - 3-6 SFBAC members, including distinguished directors and voice
teachers; 2 coach/accompanists
Admission: By application
Tuition: $365 per week for participating singers
Free auditing for SFBAC members and parents of participants
Auditing for SFBAC members’ non-participating students and parents: $10/day
Auditing for nonmembers: $20/day
